“He needs our prayers!” This is what Bruce Willis looks like and how he lives today.

He is a retired actor, producer, and singer, best known for his role as John in the Die Hard series, which made him an international action movie icon. His career took off in the late 1970s, and he rose to fame in the 1980s with the TV series “Mad About You.” He later appeared in many well-known productions, such as “Pulp Fiction,” “The Fifth Element,” and “The Expendables,” gaining recognition from audiences around the world.

Privately, he was previously married to D. Moore, with whom he has three daughters. He then married E. Heming, who gave birth to two more daughters. In 2022, after being diagnosed with dementia, the actor decided to end his career. His loved ones officially announced his illness in early 2023. This type of dementia often occurs earlier than others and primarily affects the frontal and temporal lobes of the brain, which are responsible for speech, behavior, and decision-making.

Due to his deteriorating health, he retired in 2022. His wife and children actively support him in his daily life and share information about his condition to raise awareness about FTD. His current partner, also an actress, plays an important role in providing him with care and support. Although there is currently no effective treatment, the diagnosis has brought certainty to the family and allowed them to focus on the hope for advances in medical research.

One of his adult daughters recently shared some positive news, reporting that he is “doing really well” and that the whole family remains united and supportive. Although he has withdrawn from public life, he does occasionally make appearances at events — including to personally thank California’s emergency services.
