Kristin Cavallari spoke on the podcast “The Oprah Podcast” about how an ordinary concert in July 2025 turned into a public nightmare for her. At the show, she and her then boss, the quarterback of the New York Jets, were caught by the kiss cam: the video quickly spread on the net and caused a loud scandal. On the eve of the concert, Cavallari’s daughter had sent her a message that a person she knew was also staying at the stadium – which increased her tension even before the incident in question even began.
According to her, the kiss and hug with the quarterback were the first signs of closeness between them; he apparently convinced her that his marriage was already at an end. But soon the opposite turned out: after the scandal, photos began to appear in which the quarterback and his wife were still wearing their wedding rings. Cavallari called this a betrayal and a “great lack of honesty and integrity”, which ultimately meant for her the end point in the relationship with him.
The woman emphasizes the attention to the unfair dynamics of the consequences: the quarterback resigned and withdrew from the public, while Cavallari alone had to endure the wave of criticism. She explained that she had no intention of keeping silent – it was important to her that society knew the truth and became aware of the danger of hasty judgments. Her last personal meeting with the quarterback took place in September, there has been no contact since then.
