In 1980, a boy named Ryan was born in Michigan, USA. He was only 28 cm tall and weighed just 2.3 kg. His birth was unusual not only because of his size, but also because he was born without arms and with underdeveloped legs.

At 17, Ryan had already achieved a lot: he had graduated from high school, enrolled in college, obtained a driver’s license, and started weightlifting to maintain his strength and health.
Today, at over 40 years old, Ryan continues to exercise regularly. He is a successful mobile app designer and travels across the United States as a motivational speaker. His inspiring story has touched many people, motivating them to overcome their own challenges.
Before starting a family, Ryan and his wife had deep conversations about the possibility of their children inheriting his condition. However, they decided to look boldly toward the future. In 2015, they welcomed their first child, a son named Owen. Like his father, Owen has underdeveloped legs, but he is an active and energetic child. He loves to play with soft cubes, which he moves with impressive dexterity using his teeth.
Owen also has a rich imagination and musical abilities and dreams of learning to play an instrument. In August 2017, the family welcomed their second child, daughter Moana, who has similar physical characteristics. Moana loves spending time outdoors, walking barefoot on the grass, and has already started learning to swim.
Ryan cherishes every moment spent with his children and often takes them to events where he gives speeches. Owen and Moana love watching their father on stage and are extremely proud of his achievements.
