This story is about a girl from Texas who suffered from obesity for a long time and at one point weighed about 300 kg. Daily life was difficult for her: problems with movement and breathing, constant discomfort and dependence on food prevented her from living fully. One day she made a decision — stop postponing the changes.

After consultations and gastric surgery, the woman radically revised her diet: she gave up unhealthy food, stopped eating “for company” and began to adhere to a strict diet. Regular walks and gradual work on physical fitness were added to these changes — discipline and strong motivation played a key role.

As a result of long—term self-improvement, she managed to reduce her weight to almost 91 kg – so impressive that many of her friends simply do not recognize her. In addition to the external changes, she regained her mobility, improved her well-being and self-confidence.
