A wax figure of Princess Diana wearing her famous “revenge dress” was unveiled in Paris — and time has left its mark.

A new wax figure of Princess Diana has appeared at the Grévin Museum in Paris. The statue depicts Diana in her famous “Revenge Dress” and was unveiled in November 2023 to mark the 30th anniversary of the princess’s birth. The figure was created with particular care: sculptor Laurent Mallamachi and the museum’s craftsmen strove to accurately capture Diana’s facial features and the details of her outfit in order to preserve her recognizable image.

The presentation of the figure coincided with the release of Andy Webb’s book “Dianarama,” which reveals details of Diana’s famous interview with Martin Bashir for the Panorama program in 1995.
