For a week, neighbors had been noticing a small dog sitting at the bus stop, not moving. Day after day—in the rain, in the cold, even at night. 🌧️🥺
She didn’t leave, just stared at the road as if waiting for someone.
People tried to feed it and call it over, but the dog would only take a couple of steps and then return to the same spot.
It was only when one of the neighbors accidentally looked at the camera footage that everything became clear.

A dog appeared on the outskirts of the city, at an old bus stop.
Small, gray, with sad eyes.
At first, people thought she was lost.
But she wasn’t looking for help — she just sat and stared at the road.
Every morning, at exactly eight o’clock, it would come and sit in the same place.
When it rained, it would hide under the bench, but it wouldn’t leave.
When the sun was out, it would sit there, squinting, looking in the same direction.
Passersby fed it and brought it water.
But no one understood why it was there.
Until one man who lived nearby looked at the footage from a surveillance camera installed at the store across the street.
Three weeks ago, an elderly man stood in that spot.
He came every day, sat on the same bench, and the dog was always there.
He petted her, talked to her, and then they got on the bus together.
But in the last video, the man sat down on the bench, hugged the dog, said something, and… didn’t get up.
His heart stopped right there at the bus stop.
The dog was taken away, but she ran away from the shelter and came back.
Since then, she has been waiting.
Every day, at exactly eight in the morning.
She sits down, as before, and looks in the same direction where the bus was supposed to appear.
And if someone reaches out to her, she just sighs and turns away.
