The family of French cinema legend Alain Delon has found itself at the center of a legal battle over his estate. The actor’s youngest son, Alain-Fabien, is demanding that the latest version of the will be annulled, claiming that it was altered when his father was no longer able to make decisions on his own after suffering a stroke and developing Alzheimer’s disease.

In the updated document, most of the property and creative rights went to his daughter Annouchka. Alain-Fabien strongly disagrees with this and insists on the return of the 2015 will, where the inheritance was distributed more evenly among the children. He also accuses his sister of hiding important medical information about their father from his brothers.

According to Alain-Fabien’s lawyer, his goal is not money, but to establish the truth and prove that the actor was a victim of manipulation. The first court hearing is scheduled for March 9, 2026.
