Swans are a symbol of loyalty and tenderness, which is why the locals love them so much. One of these couples took root in the neighborhood for a long time and was even considered a kind of “stars” of the area. Therefore, when one of the swans disappeared, the surrounding people were very worried: the behavior of the remaining partner betrayed obvious anxiety and confusion.
It turned out that the missing bird had suffered a leg injury. Local rescuers reacted quickly: she was caught and taken to the vet. The examination showed that the damage is not serious, and the specialists hope for a full recovery within about a month with proper care.
A few weeks later, the volunteers returned the recovered lebedikha to her companion. The reunion scene turned out to be incredibly touching: as soon as the bird was freed, it gently approached its partner, and their necks intertwined, forming the familiar “heart”.
This story reminded others of the tenderness and sensitivity of animals, as well as the importance of human help and care.
